The client approached us to convert a small house into three flats. Located on a quiet residential street, gaining planning permission for three units was always going to be sensitive, but we successfully secured approval. The design carefully maintains the street scene through the use of matching brickwork, while introducing a striking two-storey side and rear extension. The project is currently under construction.
